Individuals are also assisted in making a smooth transition back home or to outpatient services after recently being discharged from a hospital.

Treatment includes close observation, and psychiatric evaluation and education in a supportive milieu with group activities designed to increase functional abilities. Medication management is also available, if needed.

Community Resource Center is specifically designed to treat the mentally ill adult, aged 18 and older.  Some characteristics of persons served include maladaptive behavior patterns, resistance to treatment, substance abuse, noncompliance with medication, and in repeated psychiatric crisis.

Separate tracks allow consumers to work at a pace that is best suited to them, as determined by a biopsychosocial assessment. Our consumers receive intensive and comprehensive treatment and innovative programming.
